Me and my monster. Ra...ra

This is my monster, basical, An over exaggerated version of myself and I think this would be the best way to describe and say who I really am happy fun loving, colourful person, whenever anyone sees me I'm always smiling maybe its cause I know I will be ookay or maybe because I was taught at a young age that stressing would help anyone my mom would get so upset with me whenever I would sulk cry or even complain. I am a rainbow child and every part of me is happy from the way I talk to people, to the way I act. I love nature and everything about it.......

I may not have much to be happy about, but I'd rather be smiling sun flower and roses then angry, many of my friends even say that I act like a child the way I am always happy. This monster really shows my child like manner and personality. The smiley face and colourful patterns. People would literally refer to me as the phrase "all sunshine nd roses"

by this day Im tired of forcing him to spend time with me, so see me or come to school and chill with me, even hold my hand it gets awkward people start staring and hes always so busy I begin to drift away from him and everything involving dating this white guy....hes so detached from me and everything maybe cause its just a school project, and hes not interested anymore but I really feel that this isnt a real relationship. dating a white guy/ black guy there are all the same at the end of the day your dating a guy

Today is a public Holiday and we were meant to meet up for some kind of out door interaction maybe dinner or a movie, but hes busy with his friends. i dont understand why he cant invit me to go chill with them, is he maybe ashamed of me infront of his friends..... well this is a facebook comments that just shows how accepting my friends are of him.

FLOP OF A BOYFREIND

On Sunday we were meant to go to Mzoli's to parade our interracial relationship to all the "black township people" this would have been good for my research that's what the people in class suggested when we announced our relationship on Wednesday. then as I predicted he bailed out on me, the day before literally.......... just like any other guy I have dated before maybe his excuse was a little different but it was the same thing he didn't pitch. So I decided to go to mzoli's alone and observe all the other interracial couples I could spot not many but there were present.

This couple for me shows all kinds of interracial boundaries not only are they both  celebrities but they also both had children and have managed to maintain there relationship for 10 years in the public eye.

This film for me is a typical example of how modern day families are trying to accept inter racial couples but this is something that will be hard to change. I posted this film cause on this Friday i felt like this when I was trying to get a hold of Angus my white boyfriend and he was busy. then he finally came over and we were chilling with my black guy friends and they would interrogate him like "benie Mac" is doing in this video clips . these modern days families are quite accepting but they also have a stubbornness about liking to do things the way there were in the past. Modern day society may be changing but racial issues have a long way to go.

I even receieved a call from my brother, not a very exciting responce he was quite upset that I had a picture of me and this boy on facebook> Im not sure if it was because he was white or because it was a guy. none the less my mom was Quite happy with me and she even responded to my brothers comment with an email that was quite happy and accepting of me having a new white bf

Today in Class

So today in class, I told everyone that I was dating a white guy….there was quite a keen interest of what happens between us and a ROAR of people asking us too “kiss”. is was already strange to see that If I had said I was dating a black guy there wouldn’t have been any reaction at all. but because this is out of what society would call normal, people reacted. I felt so shy and intimidated even saying the words “Im dating a whit guy”

OOn this lovely Not only did I stand up in front of the whole class and tell them< that for 10 days I will be dating a white guy……..BUT also i posted this picture of us on facebook and the response from the friends even family was amazing!!!!!! Scary but amazing like within in seconds I was receiving posts of WOW!! u got some white chocolate and…… hmmm who’s that cute boy next to you, not all of them were positive though.

About

 I decided to date a white guy. As may people already know what stereotype that plays around with, how same race people always date each other and also people that are in the same class of looks or even personal features. being a black person, and having all these cultural background perceptions of how black people should behave. this will eventually also go with who you associate yourself with and even who you date. I will be taking on this project form 10 days to see how society perceives mixed race couples and who is more accepting of them
